ATX Ladies Who Lunch: July 29

WHOA. This was definitely the biggest group yet (13 lovely ladies) – and such a great group it was In spite of us taking up nearly all of the restaurant, and being quite cramped in the process, lunch was great (amazing food) and Somnio’s backyard provided the perfect setting for our group pictures…And we were so large this time, we had to divide in two to take the pictures (no, not really, but we wanted to get the newbies all together for a picture first )

And in honor of Diya’s birthday, Amy brought her a cupcake, then we walked over to Sugarmama’s and got MORE.

So, on to next week. Lunch will be on Thursday, July 29 at 12:30, and I know all the ladies who went to the bleet-up wanted to go to Snap Kitchen (triangle location), but it seems like it’s just take-out. If anyone knows otherwise, and at least we could get something and they have a place to sit and eat, I’m game for that, otherwise I’ll suggest Cantina Laredo on 3rd (free parking in the City Hall garage) or Maudie’s Milagro near me, on 360 (WAYY up North ). Oh, or Matt’s El Rancho on Lamar…(I’m kind of in the mood for tex-mex)

About the ATX Ladies who Lunch:
The lunches are open to anyone who is a local fashion blogger, blogger, designer, interested in fashion, entrepreneur, etc. I’m trying to make the lunches a bit more “formal” by having new Ladies who Lunch introduce themselves and talk a little about what they do, and we also have a brainstorming/discussion session where everyone can ask questions about blogging, get help with ideas, or discuss issues they’re dealing with.
